A man was killed in a single car accident in Penn Forest Township, Pennsylvania Sunday.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, 26 year-old Albrightsville-resident Michael P. Imbriale was killed after losing control of his car on Route 903. State police at Fern Ridge say Imbriale was traveling south on Rouge 903, in a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu, shortly after 1:00 a.m. Sunday morning. Imbriale lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway, and struck a tree about a half-mile south of Weiler Road.
Imbriale was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Authorities say he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
