Icy Conditions Cause Accidents

In northwestern Pennsylvania, the icy roads caused multiple accidents. The snow and a multiple vehicle crashed caused the closure of I-79.

On I-79, at the Saegertown exit, the snowy conditions caused at least three accidents. The norhtbound lanes of the highway were closed while crews cleaned up the road. Police and firefighters remained busy while responding to the accidents on the snowy day.
