A man who was ejected from his car in an accident in Indiana County has died.
Pennsylvania state police say 30 year-old Wilmer B. Sinclair of Marion Center, died in a crash on Route 403 in Rayne Township around 3:30 a.m. on Monday. Sinclair’s vehicle reportedly spun around, struck a tree and was split in half. Sinclair was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Police investigators say that Sinclair may have been speeding at the time of the crash. Results of a toxicology test are pending. Indiana County coroner Mike Maker says he strongly suspects alcohol was involved in the car accident.
