A Richland woman is dead following a crash between a car and a box truck on Thursday afternoon.

53 year-old Karen B. Graham was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, which occurred near the intersection of Swamp and Lower Mountain roads shortly before 1:30 p.m. Police say Graham was traveling northbound on Lower Mountain Road when she pulled into the path of a box truck traveling eastbound on Swamp Road. The 2006 GMC box truck crashed into the driver’s side of Grahams 4-door 2000 Honda Accord.

Buckingham police Sgt. J.R. Landis said the truck driver “didn’t have a chance to stop.”

38 year-old truck driver David R. Mancuso, of Levittown, walked away from the accident unscathed.
