On Tuesday morning, a three vehicle crash occurred in Lebanon County. Around 9am, an SUV was traveling northbound when it crossed into southbound traffic, hitting a minivan and then striking another SUV head on.

Two occupants in the second SUV were killed in the crash. A third passenger in that vehicle was transported to Hershey Medical Center in critical condition. The driver and passenger in the first SUV were also injured and hospitalized. There were no injuries reported from the minivan.
