On Saturday afternoon, a crash occurred in Blaire County involving a car and a semi truck. The semi was eastbound along State Route 22 when it crossed the center line and struck the car head on around 3:30pm.
The driver and the front seat passenger were both killed in the collision. An 8 year old boy in the back seat of the car was air lifted to Altoona Hospital before being transferred to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
