On Thursday morning, an accident occurred in Cussewago Township just before 8am. A man working for R&B Enterprises was helping drill exploratory holes for oil and gas pockets when he was involved in the accident.
According to the coroner, the man caught his head between a control box and a drilling rig, killing him. The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration and state police are investigating the accident.
